Support
Medical emergency?
MedSmartIQ is not an emergency service and cannot respond in real time. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately, or contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Manage your account
Most account tasks — changing notification settings, reviewing what data MedSmartIQ has, or deleting your account entirely — are handled directly in the app, under Settings. Account deletion is immediate, permanent, and doesn’t require contacting anyone.
